Click "my account" on the top frame. On the next page under new customer, enter your email address and a password of your choice. Then click "continue". You can instantly log into If you wish to delete your customer account at, please contact us. Please note that you will not have access to orders you have submitted. You will loose all your saved data. cannot restore your saved data. Please inform us why you deleted your account, so we may improve our service.
We make use of the SSL procedure. All personal data sent to us is encoded and beyond access to others. The highest priority is your password’s safety. Keep it in a safe place and never tell others. Of course we comply to the current data security regulations and legal dispositions. We only use your data for orders and to improve our services. You can choose between the following payment options: credit card and and prepayment. By payment via credit card the manufacturing will advance straight away. Production of prepayment orders will advance as soon as the payment amount is on our account. Your credit card will be charged five days after your order has been finalised. The transfer will occur when the product leaves our storage. If you have any questions, our customer service will be glad to help.

We are sure you will thrilled with our products. If for some reason, however, you wish to file a complaint, please contact our customer service. Because our products are individually manufactured items, orders with faults and imperfections due to customer’s errors (misspelling, Layout) will be excluded from exchange. If made an error, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. As soon as you have returned your order with the attached delivery note, you may choose between a refund or a new delivery.

You can choose between oblong cards and square cards. You may order these as flat or folded cards. Oblong flat cards measure 11.8 cm x 16.6 cm. Oblong folded cards measure 11.8 cm x 16.6 cm when folded and 23.6 cm x 16.6 cm when folded out. Square flat cards have a side length of 14.6 cm. Square folded cards measure 29.2 cm x 14.6 cm when folded out and 14.6 cm x 14.6 cm when folded.

You can order a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 500 cards. The step-up range is five. If you wish to order more cards, please contact our customer care at
As soon as you have decided on a design, you can customise the following:
  • format (single card or folded card)
  • flat card or folded card
  • amount (10, 25, 50, 75, …, 500 pieces)
  • text (words, font, size, color)
  • photo (image, position, size, rotation, colour)
Unfortunately you cannot. Currently we do not offer direct shipment, or the possibility to upload address files.
Our photo upload is easy. Please follow these steps:

1. As soon as you have reached step 2 "customise", click the bottom left "upload my image" or click the empty photo field.
2. A new window will pop up. Now click "search".
3. Choose an image in an adequate file format (.jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp or .tiff) and click "open" to begin the upload of your photo.
4. Your image will be visible as soon as the file upload is complete. Now click "save" to complete your photo insertion.
The quality of your image is essential for the overall impression of your card. The following information will help you achieve the best results. Please use one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp or .tiff.
  • Choose one of the following formats: jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp or .tiff.
  • Use original photos with the highest resolution. If you own a camera with 5 mega pixels resolution, take your picture with 5 mega pixels resolution.
  • Avoid movement, especially when taking pictures of babies. Captured movement on camera can lead to blurred prints.
  • Pay attention to good lighting when taking your picture. Natural light is best. Avoid direct sunlight.
  • We recommend a resolution of min. 300dpi. The corresponding image size is 1MB.
  • For an upload of up to 20 MB, try our upload volume.
No, you will receive the cards as you designed them on your monitor and as you saw them in the preview. Please note:
  • The writing on the inside of the card will seem 1-2 points bigger than in the preview.
  • The colour of cards can differ slightly to the colour on the computer, as each monitor has an individual colour setting.
  • Printed colours are slightly darker than in the preview.
Please make sure that you are using the correct tariff for your post. When sending dark coloured or red envelopes, please display the address on a white label for a quick and accurate delivery.
For each card you ordered you will receive a free white envelope with a silk lining. Alternatively, you may order envelopes from a wide range of colors such as pearl, translucent, yellow, pink, champagne, or blue for only £ 0.25. Your cards will be special even before opening.
Our quality team will check your cards right after you order. If all is correct, your cards will be produced and handed over to YODEL the next day. You will receive an email when your order leaves our house. This email contains a link, enabling you to keep track of the process online. The postage usually takes one till two work days, meaning that you will receive your cards on the work day after the next. If you order via express before 10 am Monday till Friday, your order will be delivered to you the following work day. By way of exception, this length of time may vary.
